Tees Regatta takes place on our four-lane fully buoyed 850m course on the Barrage straight, immediately upstream from the Tees Barrage with the finishing line outside the River Tees Watersports Centre. We offer a wide range of events in three divisions, offering competitors the chance for a full and varied day of racing. We are also able to offer Para-Rowing and Rowability events in all classes for single and double sculls.
The 2016 regatta took place on Saturday 21st May.
A total of 365 crews raced in 173 races in 100 events. There was a cross-wind, and a heavy rain shower in the early afternoon made conditions challenging. Prizes were presented by Councillor Ken Dixon, Mayor of Stockton on Tees.
Final results are shown below.
We would like to thank all competitors, coaches and supporters, officials and volunteers for a successful day.
